iPhone and 3G iPhone products are easy to set up to use with virtually any bluetooth product out on the market today! My wife and I have Motorola products and we love them. An iPhone accessory should be easy to set up and easy to use. I feel that the unit I purchased from Target, which I think can still be purchased from here as well as Radio Shack is the easiest I've used and guess what? It uses one triple A battery! I have had amazing success with this unit. My batteries have lasted for well over three months! This is no small feat due to the fact that I use my iphone on a daily basis and sometimes I stay on my iPhone for an hour! I know, way too much time, however, we run our business on this iPhone as well as on our laptop.

I do feel that this triple A Bluetooth is the best for any money at this point due to the fact that it costs @ $30us; uses triple A batteries, which can be re-chargeable and stays ready for up to 3 months! Oh course you need to turn this off in between having the unit off you ear.

Like others there seems to be a common downside. My ear lobe feels as though it has a Charlie Horse in it after some time of use and I must take it off my ear to give it a rest. A little rub and some time, and I'm ready to get back at it on my iPhone!
